WHAT IT DOES:
Chemclean Solubilizer N is a powder specially formulated to produce a highly active solution, designed to remove and/or digest protein, blood and organic matter from utensils and all surfaces. These difficult soils are solubilized, and can be rinsed away. Solubilizer N can also be used in soak tanks to clean metal, glass and plastic equipment. It is a safe, effective general purpose material for most cleaning operations in the food, dairy, meat and baking industries.
WHAT IT IS:
A special blend of protease enzyme, penetrants, sequestrants and emulsifiers, in a buffered low-alkaline formulation. The pH of a 1% solution is 9.5. It contains 12.4% phosphorus by weight. Solubilizer N is safe to use at recommended concentrations, on stainless steel, aluminum, tin, iron, plastic, rubber, and most painted surfaces.
HOW TO USE IT:
General food plants: For normal cleaning, use 1 to 2 ounces per gallon of water at 110-160 F. Soak for 20 minutes to digest and remove difficult soil. If proteinaceous soil has dried onto the surface, a longer soak time can be used. Rinse with potable water.
Chemclean Solubilizer N is a cleaning compound authorized by the U.S.D.A. for use as a general cleaning agent on all surfaces, or for use with steam or mechanical cleaning devices, in all departments of official establishments operating under the Federal meat, poultry, shell egg grading, and egg products inspection programs. Before using these compounds, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the room or carefully protected. After using these compounds, all surfaces in the area must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water.

CAUTION:
Alkaline powder - Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes, or prolonged contact with skin. For skin contact, flush with water. For eyes, flush thoroughly with clean water for 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
