CHEMCLEAN No.101 DEGREASER AND CLEANER
CHEMCLEAN No.101 is a heavy duty, concentrated, water based degreaser and cleaner. It can be used in steam or high pressure washing equipment as well as by hand, spray, brush or mopping.
WHAT IT DOES:
CHEM CLEAN No.101 is a heavy duty, concentrated, water based degreaser and cleaner. It can be used in steam or high pressure washing equipment as well as by hand, spray, brush or mopping. No.101 removes grease, oil and other petroleum based contamination on metal parts, machinery, automotive equipment, etc. It can also be used on concrete floors and walls, painted surfaces, plastic surfaces, for wax stripping and general cleaning.
WHAT IT IS:
A concentrated liquid degreaser with a unique blend of wetting and emulsifying agents combined with penetrants, suspending agents and softeners. With an excellent ability to penetrate and break up soils and greases, the emulsified soil is held suspended until rinsed away. Completely biodegradable, CHEMCLEAN.
No. 101 is safe to use and easy to dispose of in floor drains.
MATERIAL SAFETY:
When used as directed, CHEMCLEAN No. 101 is safe to use on aluminum, brass, copper, iron, steel, magnesium, nickel, stainless steels, plexiglass, nylon, rubber, plastics and painted surfaces.
HOW TO USE IT:
CHEMCLEAN No. 101 is a multi purpose cleaner that can be used with hot or cold water. It can be applied by spray, steam, brush, high pressure wash or sponge. Because conditions and soils vary, the dilutions listed are a starting point; exact dilutions should be determined by trial.
CONCENTRATIONS:
- General Cleaning: - 1:40 - 1:1 00 with water, depending on the amount and type of contamination
- Steam Cleaning: - 1:50 with water in most equipment.
- High Pressure Wash: - 1:50 for general degreasing.
- 1:75 for automobiles.
- 1:20 for trucks.
Degreasing:
- 1:5 with water for regular greasy parts, engines, etc.
- For very heavy and hardened grease - 1 part No.101, 5 parts water,
- 10 parts mineral spirits or kerosene.
CAUTION:
