OX-OUT 532 METAL CLEANER, RUST and OXIDE REMOVER

No.532 is a mildly acidic liquid (pH 5.5 ± .2), consisting of the salts of an acid and biodegradable surfactants in a concentrated liquid form.

WHAT IT DOES:

No.532 effectively removes scale, rust, magnetite and carbonized dirt from steel, aluminum, copper alloys and organic surfaces. It descales, cleans and deoxidizes by a unique method of sequestration rather than by the more common technique of acid "pickling." The unique action and mild pH of No.532 makes it extremely safe to work with and almost completely non-corrosive to most metals. This non-acid formula can be used safely anywhere and is safe on normal skin. Non-corrosive, halogen free and giving off no toxic fumes, No.532 requires no special treatment before disposal.

WHAT IT IS:

HOW TO USE IT:

One part of No.532 is used diluted with two (2) to ten (10) parts water, depending on the amounts of scale, soil and oxides present, and the speed of removal required. It is recommended that it be used at temperatures of 160 F to 200 F. The time necessary for complete cleaning will depend upon the thickness of the scale and oxide present. Follow the use of No.532 with a thorough rinse with fresh water to remove all traces of soil and used solution.
